Lawrence "Prezy" A. Davis Sr.

Lawrence A. Davis, Sr. was president of Agricultural, Mechanical and Normal College from 1943-1972. Agricultural, Mechanical and Normal College was named the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff in 1972. Lawrence A. Davis, Sr. was the first chancellor of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff from 1972-1973.
